e

e

e

at

this

time,

forgotten, but the Committee is,
concentrating on the hockey needs.

Jeff will be at this meeting to present an update to the
City Council on the status of this project. Additionally,
it is anticipated that Jeff will be in attendance at the
joint City Council/School Board meeting on 1/31/94.

5. CIP Discussion

Depending on the length of the discussion on the first two
agenda items, it is anticipated that we will get a start
on the CIP Program for 1994-95, but will not be able to
complete our work. In this regard, a 2/21/94 CIP
worksession for the City Council has already been
scheduled.

On 1/17/94, it is anticipated that we will at least be
able to review the status of ongoing projects and reaffirm
the priorities of the City Council for projects in the
next year or two. Also, these worksessions always allow
the Council an opportunity to add new projects to the work
program.

Staff is still working on updating the CIP finances. Some
of this information is easy to update, while other funds
are more complicated and an accurate year end projection
is more difficult to determine. Depending on how far we
get in our analysis of CIP finances, either some
information will be attached to this memo, or will be
distributed at the CIP meeting.

Attached for your information for preparation for the 1/17
meeting, is some projects information that was discussed
and reviewed last year by the City Council and some of the
elP minutes from last year. These elP meetings are for
work on CIP issues that are in addition to the engineering
topics that were reviewed on 1/8/94.
