Duitsman Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES 3264 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3264 has made <br />application for renewal of its Premise Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Premises Permit will allow the activity of <br />charitable gambling to take place at the Eagles Club <br />located at 824 Railroad Drive, Elk River, Mn.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fraternal Order of Eagles have met the City's <br />requirement of spending 75% of the net charitable <br />gambling profits within the City's Trade Area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River authorize the renewal of the <br />Premises Permit to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, <br />allowing charitable gambling to take place at the <br />Eagles Club. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 10th day of January, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A.
