Culvert to be underground up to and under the driveway. <br />2. Replace the current rock area across the front of th~ lot andrlJn <br />the surface water from it into a "beehive" type of grate near the <br />driveway. Provide landscape features suitable to hide the grate. <br />3. Trees removed during construction to be replaced with like <br />variety and reasonable size. <br />4. Sprinkler pipe currently passing through the driveway culvert will <br />tit be sleeved under new driveway. <br />5. All sprinkler zones will be restored to working condition. A new <br />zone will be installed in the area where the drainage pipe enters <br />the lot. <br />6. The driveway will be replaced from the point where it splits into <br />two sections to the street. A small area of pavement in front of <br />the new garage will also be added as a courtesy. <br />7. Sod will be used instead of seed. <br />0. AuA 8.
