It has been <br />past practice of the Council to rotate this position based on <br />seniority. In 1992, Councilmember Holmgren was appointed Vice <br />Mayor and, in 1993, Councilmember Dietz was appointed Vice <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />If the present <br />practice of <br />Councilmembers <br />position. <br /> <br />Council wishes to continue with this past <br />appointment based on seniority, either <br />Scheel or Farber could be appointed to the <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
