<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE Il\1PROVEMENT OF 19_ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />(the improvement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to consider <br />making the improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to who is requested to <br />provide to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 19 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A-7 <br />
