".Vithin the urban portions of the <br />City residential strect improvements 'Nill be assessed on a front footage basis. <br />2. 1fuRicipal State Aid Proiects <br />Commercial, industrial or residential properties abutting a municipal state aid <br />strect may be assessed at a reduced rate according to ilie policy set f-orth in this <br />part. The redueed rate '.vill reflect the typical cost of aR equivalent <br />non 1funicipal State Aid city project. This t)'Pical cost shall be determined by <br />the City COlmeil and established by resolution from time to time based upon <br />eomparilble project data available to ilie city. <br />a. Any incremental cost <br />of the municipal state aid section in E*eess of the cost of an <br />equivalent commefclal/indHstrial strect may be funded ':/ith <br />:Municipal State Aid ConstruetioR Funds. <br />2.
