THE PROPERTY WILL BENEFIT FROM THE IMPROVEMENT. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Morin noted that the letter doesn't specify \vhether the objection is against <br />the overlay improvement or the dollar amount being assessed. <br /> <br />Mr. Clark introduced Jeremy Barnhart who was recently hired as the Planning Manager. <br /> <br />6.3. Conditional Use Permit to AllO\V a Home Salon Requested by Tamela Thompson. Public <br />Hearing-Case No CU 06-14 <br /> <br />:Mr. Barnhart stated the applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to build a home <br />salon. He discussed parking, signage, and the Planning Commission's recommendation. He <br />provided an overview of the project. <br /> <br />Mayor I<Jinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO APROVE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT, CASE NO. CU 06-14, TO TAMELA THOMPSON FORA HOME <br />SALON WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. PARKING BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 10 FEET FROM THE <br />PROPERTY LINE. <br /> <br />2. MAXIMUM WIDTH OF DRIVEWAYS AT PROPERTY LINE SHALL <br />NOT EXCEED 40 FEET. <br /> <br />3. PARKING AREA, DRIVE, OR WALKS SHALL NOT ENCROACH INTO <br />EXISTING OR FUTURE SEPTIC LOCATIONS. <br /> <br />4. THE BUILDING SHALL MEET ALL BUILDING CODES. <br /> <br />5. THE BUILDING SHALL MEET ALL FIRE CODES. <br /> <br />6. THE HOURS OF OPERATION SHALL NOT BE BETWEEN THE <br />HOURS OF 10 P.M. AND 7 A.M. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.4.
