Plan :o~ Orderly ~evelooment _ <br /> <br />(01) On-Sit~ Util;t;~s - In o~cie~ to p~omote the o~de~ly <br />installation of on-site utilities ~ithin the Development, <br />Develope~s will p~epare and submit to the City Engineer a <br />plan covering the installation of st~eets, c~~bs and gutte~s, <br />sidewalks and other public walk~ays, ~ater, storm se~er and <br />sanitary sewe~s. City Engineer ~ill make such changes as he <br />believes are in the interest of the City and submit the final <br />plan to the City Council for its a?proval. No utility services <br />will be installed that are not in conformance ~ith the <br />approved plan. Developers have installed all necessary on-site <br />utilities. <br /> <br />201586 <br /> <br />(02) ApDroval Prior to Const~uction - Prior to constructing <br />any phase of the Development, Develope~s shall submit plans to <br />the Planning Commission and Council for site and landscaping <br />plan. <br /> <br />6.) Uses - The uses of the Development shall be restricted to: <br /> <br />1. Retail establishments <br />2. PerSOnal Service establishments <br /> <br />3.
