This <br />resolution has been prepared from the Minutes prepared by the <br />City Clerk and my notes from the public hearing on December 13, <br />1993. If this resolution is inaccurate or incomplete, the City <br />Council should revise and supplement it as necessary before <br />adoption. For instance, Section I.e. on pages 8-9 of the <br />Resolution lists several "General Findings" regarding the <br />Project. If the Council would like to include additional <br />findings, this would be the place to do so. Likewise, Section <br />III.E. on pages 14-15 lists a number of "Special Conditions" for <br />approval of the Project. If I have missed a condition the <br />Council would like to include, this would be the place to do so. <br /> <br />I will be at the Council meeting on December 20, 1993, to assist <br />in making any revisions or additions to the resolution.
