The cost refers to the <br />expense of timbers and polyethylene. The rinks will lack <br />warming facilities, restrooms, lighting or adult supervision, <br />but are in walking distance for the neighborhood. <br /> <br />My recommendation would be that we construct one or two of <br />these rinks and monitor their usage. At this time, the park <br />funds are low and Lori Johnson is not in the office to answer <br />questions regarding funding. If I can be of further <br />assistance, please give me a call. <br />
