<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE SALE OF OUTLOT A, <br />CREAMERY ADDITION TO UNITED POWER COOPERATIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has entered into a Purchase Agreement with <br />United Power Association to sell a portion of the Old <br />City Hall site, legally described as Outlot A, <br />Creamery Addition (the Property) to UPA; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of the conditions set forth in the Purchase <br />Agreement for sale of the Property have been <br />satisfied; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the relationship of <br />the sale of the Property to the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River makes the following finding and <br />takes the following actions: <br /> <br />1 . <br /> <br />The City Council finds that sale of the Property <br />to United Power Association has no relationship <br />to the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2. The City Council hereby orders the sale of the <br />Property to United Power Association. <br /> <br />3. The City Council directs the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to execute the necessary documents to complete <br />the conveyance of the property to UPA pursuant to <br />the terms of the Purchase Agreement. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 22nd day of November, 1993. <br /> <br />John J.
