The <br />original parcel, 75-128-3300, had an assessment of $11,541.18 <br />for the 1992 Westwood Improvements. That assessment is being <br />reapportioned to the three new parcels as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL <br />75-550-0110 <br />75-550-0120 <br />75-550-0130 <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />$ 4,409.89 <br />3,099.96 <br />4,031.33 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The second parcel with assessments to be reapportioned is <br />75-127-1400, owned by Richard and Anita Foster. The parcel is <br />located along Highway 169 and 193rd Avenue next to the Hillside <br />Estates plat. The parcel had two assessments, $26,956.36 for <br />the 1992 Hillside Estates improvements and $8,052.17 for the <br />1981 sanitary sewer interceptor improvements.
