As you <br />can see from the attached map, 188th Avenue west of Albany <br />Street has been closed to vehicle traffic to create a <br />pedestrian walkway. The problem occurs when area children <br />rollerblade or skateboard downhill on the walk trail towards <br />Albany Street. There is limited visibility from north or <br />southbound Albany Street to allow motorists time to react. <br />After a discussion with the Police Chief and City Engineer, it <br />is our collective suggestion that Albany Street be changed from <br />a "yield" intersection to a "stop" in both directions and that <br />188th Avenue also be made a "stop" creating and all way stop <br />intersection. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
