Zabee, conded by Mr. Simpson to award <br />the contract for th reatment plan at Well #4 to Richmar <br />Construction, Inc , who was the low bidder, in the amount of <br />$477,110. The m tion is contingent upon the acceptance by the <br />contractor of Change Order #1 which would decrease the contract <br />price to $384,365. The motion carried. <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />A recommendation by Maier Stewart & Associates which would require <br />developers to extend water taps all the. way to the lot side of the <br />easement. Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded.. by Mr. Simpson, to <br />request the City to require this on all future plats. The motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Bill Rubin of the City f Elk River presen ed the Commissioners <br />with a proposal to possl.:\ly participate i the development of <br />future industrial land in lk River.
