NO DISPLAY OF VEHICLES ON LANDSCAPED AREAS. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council accept all conditions as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. The one exception to <br />consider is to amend Condition #6 by deleting" and/or <br />landscape berm as needed and determined by staff." This will <br />eliminate the developers option to use a landscape berm in <br />place of concrete curbing. Finally, include one further <br />condition: <br /> <br />12. ONE FREESTANDING SIGN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY <br />CODES BE PERMITTED AS PART OF THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />
