<br />r I -'\) <br />( l! <br />!l~ <br /> <br /> <br />River <br /> <br />October 12, 1993 <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Patenaude <br />19275 Lander Street N.W. <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Patenaude: <br /> <br />I appreciate your cooperation during a meeting at your home <br />with City attorney Peter Beck and myself on October 6, 1993. <br />The following was discussed: <br /> <br />A 4-ft. high chain link fence would be erected on <br />your neighbor's side of the existing fence. <br /> <br />The existing fence posts would be used for this chain <br />link fence with posts being added, if necessary. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The new chain link fence would be attached to the <br />existing wire every 6-ft. at a maximum. <br /> <br />You agreed to start this work prior to November 1, <br />1993, and have it completed by November 30, 1993. <br /> <br />You understand that you cannot go on your neighbor's <br />property to do this construction. <br /> <br />If you do this work as outlined above, both the City attorney <br />and myself agree that you would be in compliance with the <br />City's fence ordinance' and the City' would not pursue the issue <br />any further.
