Attached is a copy of the letter I had sent to the City Administrator concerning the issue. <br /> <br />After discussion, the City Council requested the staff to present two options for your <br />consideration. They are as follows: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />If you are willing to provide the City an appropriately sized easement, free of charge, <br />covering the drainage area and access to it, the City will do the necessary work to clean <br />out the pond, re-establish percolation on the bottom, and establish turf on the sides. <br /> <br />2.
