We would recommend that the City <br />Council consider adoption of these two resolutions. <br /> <br />3. Cherryhill Bluffs 2nd Addition <br /> <br />This development will be assessed for both the internal improvements and for trunk sanitary sewer <br />and watermain. The trunk sanitary sewer and water are proposed to be assessed at the rate of <br />$3,800 per acre minus any previous assessment made for sanitary sewer interceptors. There are <br />two draft resolutions relative to this trunk assessment: the first determines the amount to be <br />assessed and orders the preparation of the assessment roll; the second adopts the final assessment <br />roll. We would recommend that the City Council consider adoption of these two resolutions. <br /> <br />The total project cost of the internal improvements for the Cherryhill Bluffs 2nd Addition have <br />been determined to be $321,860. Again, there are two draft resolutions attached relative to this <br />assessment. The first determines the amount to be assessed and orders the preparation of the <br />assessment roll, and the second adopts the fmal assessment roll.
