Lots in Brentwood are generally 2 <br />(plus or minus) acres in size and mostly wooded. Approximately <br />one half of Mr. Palmer's lot is encumbered by a Northern States <br />Power utility easement. Therefore, locating a site for the <br />proposed garage was limited to the front one half of the <br />property. <br /> <br />The location of the proposed 32' x 44' (1,~08 sq ft) garage <br />meets all RIa setback requirements for accessory structures. <br />Mr. Palmer plans on using the garage to store classic cars, <br />which he collects. There will be no windows for secruity <br />purposes and since there will be infrequent access to the <br />garage, no driveway will be installed. <br /> <br />Finally, the garage will compliment the home by maintaining the <br />same architectural design and exterior siding. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
