P 93-07 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />The applicants, David and Joyce Mickelson, 21680 Meadowva1e <br />Road, Elk River, MN, are requesting final plat approval to <br />subdivide 22.2 acres into 8 single family lots. <br /> <br />LOCATION OF REQUEST <br /> <br />214th Avenue NW and Meadowvale Road (County Road No. 32) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution and the final plat. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The applicants have provided the <br />amended the final plat in accordance <br />preliminary plat approval. Originally, 30 feet of right-of-way was <br />outside the parameters of the plat, therefore, the road was <br />shifted. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve the final plat for <br />David and Joyce Mickelson based on the attached resolution and <br />the conditions contained within. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
