The home occupation <br />ordinance does not allow two family dwellings to operate home <br />occupations. <br /> <br />Therefore, staff is recommending this application be denied <br />based on: <br /> <br />1. THE ZONING ORDINANCE DOES NOT ALLOW NON-CONFORMING <br />USES TO BE ALTERED, EXPANDED, OR ENLARGED. <br /> <br />2. THE ZONING ORDINANCE DOES NOT ALLOW TWO FAMILY <br />DWELLINGS TO OPERATE HOME OCCUPATIONS. <br />
