<br />the use and enjoyment of other property in the immediate vicinity. <br />We will have our septic in place and well in place, which will <br />service our new home and our trailer home. Therefore, no danger of <br />any kind can result to the neighboring properties. Our request also <br />will not endanger public health, safety, morals, comfort, <br />convenience or general welfare of the neighborhood or the City. We <br />plan on only keeping the trailer on the land near our new home <br />during the short period of time while we are building so we can <br />remain in our community. <br />It is our understanding that this request is consistent with <br />the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Elk River. <br />Since this is a strictly temporary solution to our needs, and <br />will last under one year, we believe that our plan will not impede <br />the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br />surrounding vacant property. <br />Because we will have our .septic in place, our well in place <br />and our garbage pick up and other services in place at the time the <br />conditional use permit is granted, our temporary mobile home will <br />be served adequately by and will not adversely affect the essential <br />public facilities and services, including streets, police and fire <br />protection, drainage, refuse disposal, water and sewer systems, <br />parks and schools. <br />Our temporary mobile home plan will not create traffic <br />congestion or interference with traffic on adjacent and neighboring <br />public thoroughfares. <br />Our conditional use permit plan of having a temporary mobile <br />Ie home placed on our property while we build our home will not <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />) <br />e <br />
