<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT RENEWAL <br />APPLICATION FOR THE VFW POST #5518 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the VFW Post #5518 has made application for a Premise <br />Permit renewal to Operate Class B lawful gambling; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Class B gambling license allows the operation of <br />pull-tabs, tipboards, paddlewheels and raffles; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted <br />is the Sunshine Depot; 701 Main Street, Elk River, Mn. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River grants its approval of a Premise <br />Permit for Class B Gambling Operations to VFW Post <br />#5518 for gambling to be conducted at the Sunshine <br />Depot. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 16th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />Henry A.
