This Bond shall not be valid or become <br />obligatory for any purpose or be entitled to any security unless <br />the certificate of Authentication hereon shall have been executed <br />by the Bond Registrar. <br /> <br />Qualified Tax-ExemDt Obliaations. The Bonds have been <br />designated by the City as "qualified tax-exempt obligations" for <br />purposes of Section 265(b)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of <br />1986, as amended. <br /> <br />ABBREVIATIONS <br /> <br />The following abbreviations, when used in the inscription on <br />the face of this Bond, shall be construed as though they were <br />written out in full according to applicable laws or regulations: <br /> <br />TEN COM - as tenants in common <br />TEN ENT - as tenants by the entireties <br />JT TEN - as joint tenants with right of <br />and not as tenants in common <br />UTMA - as custodian for <br /> <br />survivorship <br /> <br />(CUst) <br />under the <br /> <br />(Minor) <br />Uniform <br /> <br />(State) <br />Transfers to Minors Act <br /> <br />Additional abbreviations may also be used <br />though not in the above list. <br /> <br />246005 <br /> <br />12 <br />
