<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The costs for these inspections will include the inspector's <br />wages, overhead, benefits, and support staff and will be <br />approximately $30.00 per unit. This will generate $43,500 per <br />year. Staff estimates the actual cost could be covered by an <br />inspection fee of $27.50 per year. Staff anticipates <br />inspecting these units once every two years, therefore, it <br />would be $55.00 per unit, per inspection. <br /> <br />The current Building and Zoning staff does not currently have <br />enough time to implement this program. There will be a "Time <br />Spent Profile" provided to the Council at Monday night's <br />meeting. Cliff Skogstad and myself will be at this meeting to <br />further address this issue. <br />
