The specifications were set up with a "pre-qualification" <br />requirement in order to evaluate manufacturers prior to the opening of bids. . We received <br />pre-qualification submittal from three (3) manufacturers and after review, two (2) <br />manufacturers were accepted as qualified. We have attached a copy of our summary of the <br />prequalification submittal for your reference. <br /> <br />At the bid opening we received bids from the two (2) companies which had pre-qualified and <br />the third company which we had originally rejected.
