In analyzing the total low bid versus the estimated <br />cost for Phase I improvements, it appears that the low bid is approximately 22 % under the <br />feasibility estimate. LaTour Construction has successfully completed similar type projects in the <br />past. They are also currently working on the Heritage Landing Improvement project.
