<br />ORDINANCE NO. 93 - <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 200.00(1) OF THE ELK RIVER <br />CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 200.00(1) of the Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the Council shall <br />be held on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Mondays of each calendar month <br />at such time of day as the City Council shall establish by <br />Resolution. Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall <br />be held on the next following business day at the same time and <br />place. <br /> <br />Section 2.
