In <br />reviewing this request we made a brief visit to the site and also reviewed your May 18th, 1993 <br />memo to the Planning Commission. We do not believe the excavation of this pond will have any <br />adverse affect on the existing pond on Lot 10, Block 3 Deerfield Second Addition.
