Box 490 <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />RE: MISSISSIPPI OAKS PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br /> <br />We have completed preparation of plans and specifications for the flIst phase of Mississippi Oaks <br />Addition. As you are aware, this project lies immediately east of the Heritage Landing project. <br />The first phase consists of 37 lots adjoining County Road 30 to the north and Heritage Landing <br />to the west. A portion of the improvements necessary to provide service to this development are <br />contained within the Heritage Landing project which is currently under construction. The <br />remaining improvements necessary to complete the frrst phase are included in this set of plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />Attached for the City Council's consideration is a draft resolution approving the plans and <br />specifications and ordering the advertisement for bids.
