<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93-_ <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASmILITY STUDY AND <br />ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE MISSISSIPPI OAKS PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is reasible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the affected property owners proposed to be assessed for the improvement have <br />waived their right to a public hearing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Mississippi Oaks Phase 1 improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the <br />Feasibility Report dated May 1993. <br /> <br />2. Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 17rd day of May, 1993. <br /> <br />Henry A.
