<br />rei -\) <br />( ); <br />rl~ <br /> <br />ITEM 7.6 <br /> <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />STEPHEN ROHLF, BUILDING AND ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />MAY 12, 1993 ~~ <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT REVIEW OF THE PLAT OF <br />HILLTOP WOODS ESTATES BY DAVID <br />GOW/PUBLIC HEARING, CASE # P 93-03 <br /> <br />The plat of Hilltop Woods Estates was originally proposed as <br />seven, two and one-half acre lots. The plat has been adjusted <br />as discussed at the Council meeting and now contains a total of <br />eight lots. <br /> <br />The following paragraphs will highlight the stipulations placed <br />on preliminary plat during the Council's review and their <br />status: <br /> <br />1. LOT 3, BLOCK 2, MEET CITY WIDTH REQUIREMENTS. The <br />lot number has changed, however, all lots on the <br />final plat meet the City requirements. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE 40 ACRE SITE NOT <br />CURRENTLY INCLUDED WITHIN THE PLAT BOUNDARIES, IS <br />MADE AN OUTLOT OR AN ADDITIONAL BUILDABLE LOT. That <br />portion of the plat in now Lot 4, which Mr. Gow is <br />proposing to build his own house on. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. STREETS <br /> <br />A. TERRY MAURER'S COMMENTS ARE INCORPORATED IN THE <br />DESIGN OF THE ROAD AND THAT MR. MAURER REVIEWS <br />AND APPROVES THE DESIGN OF THE STREETS AND <br />INSPECTS THEM. The road has changed according <br />to Mr. Maurer's comments (see attached letter <br />from Mr. Maurer dated May 7, 1993). <br /> <br />B. THE ROAD IN THIS PLAT IS NAMED VICTORIA DRIVE. <br />Accomplished. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT IS OBTAINED FROM <br />COUNTY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO HAVE <br />AVENUE CONNECT TO MEADOWVALE ROAD. <br />developer and his contractor will have <br />coordinate with the County on this issue. <br /> <br />THE <br />205TH <br />The <br />to <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />D. THE CITY ATTORNEY VERIFY THE LEGITIMACY OF THE <br />EASEMENT FROM MRS. COATES TO THE CITY. <br />Accomplished. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />MR.
