I am currently working out of state
and my wife forwarded them to me with the regular mail.

I would like your opinion on the topic and will now give you mine. I would appreciate it
if you could have someone read the opinion below for me to the council at the June 19,
20006 meeting as both my wife and I will be out of town on that day.

'On May 27, I rode my daughter's moped around the Hi~den Creek Estates loop. I not only
enjoyed the ride, but noticed that the road was, in my opinion, in pretty good shape. Yes
there area few cracks and small pits, but nothing at all major. At most, the road might
benefit from crack and pit filling, which was done recently, and maybe a tar and rock
overcoating. I don't know the technical term for that, but I think you get the idea. So,
for the record, I oppose the bituminous overlay at this time as I think it is an
unnecessary expenditure of our tax assessment dollars.

Sincerely,

James R. Spitzenberger'

I am looking forward to hearing your views on this Paul, as you are also directly impacted
by any decisions.

Thank you for all of your good work on the council, Jim

Jim Spitzenberger
17836 Cleveland St NW
Elk River, MN 55330-2320

Do You Yahoo!?
Tired of spam?
