<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />FITNESS ROOM <br /> <br />CONDUCT AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />1. EXERCISE CLOTHING persons using the facility must be properly <br />attired at all times which would include gym shorts and t~shirts, <br />sweat pants, leotards and tights; shirts are to be worn at all times. <br />Protective footwear is also required at all times (no bare feet) <br /> <br />2. FOUL or abusive language will not be used while in the fitness room. <br /> <br />3. LIFTING spotters are required when using an\Olympic bar with heavy <br />plates in cunjuction with a bench. <br /> <br />4. DUMBELLS or plates must be returned to the proper rack or stand. <br /> <br />5. DROPPING of dumbells on the fitness room floor is not allowed. <br /> <br />6. MACHINES such as exercise bike, treadmill, and stair climber shobid <br />be turned off after use unless others are waiting to use it. <br /> <br />7. DISINFECTANT spray and towels are provided in the fitness room. <br />Benches should be sprayed and wiped after use. <br /> <br />8. BRAKEDOWN of any piece of equipment should be tagged and brought to <br />the attention of a supervisor as soon as possible. <br /> <br />9. CHALK is allowed as long as it is used neatly. <br /> <br />10. MUSIC in the fitness room is allowed as long as it is. kept at a <br />reasonable level. <br /> <br />11. LIGHTS and music should be turned off when the fitness room is not <br />in use. <br />
