<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 93 - <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12, "PERMITTED, <br />ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT", SUBD 13 (c) "LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" (CONDITIONAL USES) AND SUBD 14 (c) <br />"MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" (CONDITIONAL USES) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That Section 900.12 (13)(c) and (14)(c) of <br />the Elk River Code of Ordinances titled <br />"Light Industrial District" (Conditional <br />Uses) and "Medium Industrial District" <br />(Conditional Uses) be amended to add: <br /> <br />900.12 (13)(c)(xi) Temporary Structures <br />900.12 (14)(c)(xi) Temporary Structures <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 19th day <br />of April, 1993. <br /> <br />Henry A.
