The developer's intended use would be single family residential. <br />. Prior to negotiating with this developer the City is wondering if Mn/DOT <br />has any plans for expansion of their facility which may require the <br />acquisition of additional land. The City's property is approximately <br />5 acres in size. <br />The City is interested in getting a definite '!yes" or "no" answer <br />as quickly as possible. However, a "yes" answer certainly does not <br />commit Mn/DOT to acquiring the City's property.
