<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />work depending on what other projects the Council is <br />going to require the Street crew to complete in 1993. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Orono Parkway and Joplin Avenue <br /> <br />If the Lakoduc property ownership gets resolved, the <br />City may see a plat for the area south of the <br />fairgrounds. If this happens, Orono Parkway may be <br />extended along with its connection from the Parkway <br />to Highway 10 (Joplin Avenue). The connection of <br />Joplin Avenue from this Parkway to County Road 30, <br />which may be associated with the development of the <br />property immediately south of the fairgrounds, is <br />also an issue that needs Council review at the time <br />of plat, but is not likely to be constructed in 1993. <br /> <br />5. County Fairqround Parkinq Lot <br /> <br />It is <br />County <br />fields <br />Street <br /> <br />anticipated that something will happen with the <br />Fairground parking lot next to the softball <br />in 1993. The City Council may desire the <br />crew make improvements in this area in 1993. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />WWTS Expansion <br /> <br />Associated with the WWTS expansion, the City needs to <br />establish the size of the plant expansion and its <br />ultimate urban service district. As it is anticipated <br />that this urban area will include the east Highway 10 <br />area, there may be a need to start advising the large <br />property owners of their potential assessments. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Community Center <br /> <br />The Council may want to consider the re-establishment <br />of the Community Center Task Force in 1994 to <br />complete the necessary work for a potential bond <br />issue in 1996. <br /> <br />8. Staff Work <br /> <br />Staff work is scheduled to continue on the following <br />items: <br /> <br />- Library expansion <br />- Financing and construction of new wells and <br />towers <br />- Work on County Ditch #10 and the City Storm <br />Drainage Plan <br />- Work on east/west street corridors and the <br />City Transportation Plan <br />- Begin investigation on obtaining right of way <br />for the future improvement of 173 & 175th <br />
