CU 06-11 POSTPONED TO <br />JUNE 13, 2006. <br />RESOLUTION 06-63 GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR <br />JABEZ, CASE NO. P 06-06 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ABOUT 16.5 FEET SHALL <br />BE PROVIDED ALONG 171sT AVENUE IN THE AREA OF THE <br />EXISTING HOUSE. <br />2. THE PLAT SHALL PROVIDE ACCESS CONTROL ALONG <br />HIGHWAY 10 FRONTAGE PROHIBITING ACCESS. <br />3.
