RESOLUTION 93 - A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER A RSOLUTION ESTABLISHING 183RD AVENUE AND JOPLIN STREET AS MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota laws; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads described as follows, to-wit: 183rd Avenue NW from Joplin Street westerly to Waco Street NW, and Joplin Street from 183rd Avenue NW southerly to Mississippi Road, be, and hereby are established, located and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of Elk River, Minnesota, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Elk River to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street Numbers 129-010 and 129-020.
