Special Assessments - Seller represents that there are <br />no pending special assessments with regard to the Property and <br />that no hearings have been held for improvements which could <br />result in special assessments against the Property. <br /> <br />8.) Hazardous Substances - Seller represents that to the <br />best of Seller's actual knowledge without investigation or inquiry <br />that there are no hazardous substances on or under the Property or <br />any underground storage tanks on the Property. "Seller's actual <br />knowledgell as used in the preceding sentence and as used in <br />Section 9 of this Addendum shall mean the actual knowledge of only <br />the following of ficials: c....J..i AdM irt is+{',..f-D,,... <br /> <br />Seller makes no other representation about the Property and Buyer <br />is relying on its own investigation and knowledge of the Property <br />in offering to buy the Property. <br /> <br />9.) Wells - Seller certifies that it does not have any <br />actual knowledge of the existence of any wells on the Property. <br /> <br />10.) Miscellaneous - The headings used herein are for <br />convenience only and are not to be used in interpreting this <br />Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed, enforced and <br />interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota. This <br />Agreement may not be modified, amended or changed orally, but only <br />by an agreement in writing signed by Buyer and Seller.
