<br />(08) "Report on Water Quality for 1990", January 1991 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(09) "Final Cover Design", September 1991 <br /> <br />(10) Solid Waste License Renewal Application submitted <br />November 30, 1990 and modifying submittal of April 14, <br />1991. <br /> <br />(11) Industrial Solid Waste Management Plan, Version D, <br />August 1991 <br /> <br />and further conditioned upon submittal of annual reports <br />describing the following: <br /> <br />(01) Monthly and Annual Waste Disposal Volume. <br /> <br />(02) Schedule of construction activities for the <br />forthcoming year. <br /> <br />(03) Type, Quantity and Source of Material to be Disposed. <br /> <br />(04) Remaining permitted capacity. <br /> <br />(05) Updated contour map which indicates the elevations of <br />all fill areas. <br /> <br />(06) Assessment of the Financial Assurances Plan. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(07) Evaluation of the Water Monitoring System and a <br />proposal for continued sampling and analysis. <br /> <br />(08) Detailed evaluation of all water quality results by <br />means of tables and graphs. <br /> <br />(09) A groundwater contour map based on the previous <br />years' groundwater level data. <br /> <br />The above described reports and any proposed changes in the <br />plans and reports shall be reviewed and approved, approved <br />with modification, or disapproved by the City. The City <br />may not unreasonably disapprove or unreasonably require <br />modification of any report. The City may also make <br />reasonable modifications to the conditions of the license <br />based upon a submittal from the Licensee. The City shall <br />respond to Licensee submittals on a timely basis, which <br />shall be no later than formal MPCA time lines for review <br />and comment for concurrent submittals. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.) Scope and Conduct of Related Operations. <br /> <br />(01) Recycling Center. The operation of a recycling <br />center on the Landfill Property may be conducted, if in <br />conformance with all applicable terms and conditions of <br />this license, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />3 . <br />
