Attached is a map showing <br />the general locatiop of the affected property. <br /> <br />UTILITIES <br /> <br />The site is served by a private septic system and well. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to operate <br />an aerobic studio in the Cody Square building. Aerobic studios <br />are classified as commercial recreation and require a <br />conditional use permit in the C3 zoning district. The <br />applicant plans on leasing approximately 1,200 square feet for <br />the operation, located on the bottom floor of the Cody Square <br />building.
