IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE CITY <br />ARE SECURED BY A LETTER OF CREDIT FROM THE <br />DEVELOPERS FOR 100% OF THEIR ESTIMATED COSTS. <br /> <br />3. A DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO REFLECTING <br />THE STIPULATIONS OF APPROVAL OF THIS PLAT. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4.
