They are also requesting a variance <br />of the maximum length of a dead-end road associated with the <br />plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS TO THIS MEMO <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Staff's December 16, 1992, Memo to the Planning <br />Commission. Included with this memo is a map showing <br />the general location of the affected property, a memo <br />from Terry Maurer, City engineer, dated December 17, <br />1992, and the developers responses to the five <br />standards for granting a variance. We encourage the <br />Council to read this memo for details regarding <br />staff's review of the plat. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Staff's Memo to the Park and Recreation Commission, <br />Dated December 7, 1992. There is a proposed primary <br />trail loop identified by the Master Park Plan in the <br />general location of this plat. <br /> <br />3. An additional memo from Terry Maurer, dated January <br />18, 1993. <br /> <br />4. A petition from the developers requesting the <br />public improvements associated with the plat be done <br />as a City project. <br /> <br />5. A Resolution accepting the developers petition. <br /> <br />6. A letter of intent to cooperate in building a storm <br />water retention area from Irv Moldenhaurer to the <br />developers. <br /> <br />7.
