He noted a draft agreement may be available for the <br />next EDA meeting. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Business Incubator <br /> <br />. SolarAttic, Inc. - Paul reviewed the memo from SolarAttic, Inc. which was <br />distributed in the EDA packet. <br /> <br />. MAS Technologies - Paul indicated MAS Technologies has not yet made a <br />decision to move to Elk River. He reviewed changes that have taken place at <br />MAS, indicating the company is in the process of hiring a new C.E.O. Paul <br />noted MAS Technologies has received a loan from the Anoka Sherburne <br />County Capital Fund in the amount of $50,000 and must pay a penalty if they <br />don't proceed with their project in Elk River. <br /> <br />. Snyder Drug - Staff has been working with Giles Lenzmeier and has indicated <br />a restaurant tenant is very interested in the whole main floor. The <br />Commissioners discussed concerns expressed by the potential tenant <br />regarding payment of the $30,000 SAC and WAC charges up front. <br />Commissioner Farber suggested the Council look at SAC and WAC charges <br />for downtown redevelopment sites. <br /> <br />City Web Site & Annual Reoort <br /> <br />Paul provided update on the City's web site. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
