In order to meet the ever growing <br />needs of their congregation, the applicant is continuing the design process for a building <br />expansion due to a shortage of office space in their existing facility. They are requesting an <br />Interim Use Permit to place two portable classrooms (12x60) on the north side of their <br />existing building. They are also requesting an extension to their existing Interim Use Permit <br />(for the same type of request for the existing 16 x 80 office) for the same time frame. <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />The proposed location of the two portable offices is on the north side of the existing <br />building and will be on site until the summer of 2010, at which time the portable structure <br />would be removed. The location of the portable office would not affect either traffic <br />circulation or parking. <br /> <br />The proposed location of the offices is screened by existing vegetation and the home across <br />from the driveway may not have visibility as the parking area is at much higher elevation <br />than the house.
