Request by Bill Matthews for a Conditional Use Permit for automobile sales,. located at <br />13342 Highway 10, Case No. CU 06-11 <br />The Fire Department requests that Bill Matthews meet with Fire Inspector Cliff Anderson to <br />discuss possible building improvements to ensure that they meet the intent of the International Fire <br />Code. <br /> <br />2. Request by Kevin/Kyleen Reiners for a Conditional Use Permit to allow additional horses, <br />located at 9630 213th Avenue. Case No. CU 06-08 <br />No comments. <br /> <br />3. Request by River of Life Church for an extension to an interim use permit for a portable <br />office and a Conditional Use Permit for portable classrooms, located at 21695 Elk Lake <br />Road. Case No. CU 06-09 <br />The Fire Department requests the River of Life Church to meet with Fire Inspector Cliff Anderson <br />to discuss expansion and use of portable classrooms to ensure they meet the intent of the <br />International Fire Code. <br /> <br />4. Request by Michael Elzufon to amend the Conditional Ise Permit for Jackson Villas to <br />allow a reduction in the amount of exterior brick on the townhouses. located on the west <br />side of Jackson Avenue, north of 6th Street, Case No. CU 06-10 <br />No comments. <br /> <br />5. Request by Wilkus Architects for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thm for Caribou <br />Coffee. located at 19425 Evans Street (Coboms Foods), Case No. CU 06-13 <br />Any updates of the building must meet the intent of the International Fire Code.
