Prospect Status Report Bill Rubin discussed the prospect status report which was sent under separate cover. 13. Other Business 13 .A. Video Update Bill Rubin updated the EDA on the progress of the City Video. He indicated that it should be in final form within two to three weeks. 13.B. Update on Certified Development Company Bill Rubin stated he had requested that the Small Business Administration allow Twin Cities-Metro Certified Development Company to expand its service territory to include the City limits of Elk River. This request was denied and Bill Rubin suggested that the basis for this denial was due to the SBA's prescribed procedures not being followed. The SBA letter further indicated that Minnesota Business Finance, Inc., is the only development company operating in Sherburne County. The concerns with Minnesota Business Finance is its lack of loan packaging abilities and its lack of direct contact with banks and business applicants. D.C. Request to Call Special Meeting for January 18, at 5:45 P.M.
