Public <br />Hearing- Case No. P 06-07 <br /> <br />Mr. Harlicker stated the applicant is requesting to subdivide 36 acres into one lot and two <br />outlots. He discussed lot layout and access for Lot 1. He stated there is right-of-way platted <br />for the future extension of 156th Avenue. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEl\1BER FARBER TO APPROVE THE SIMPLE PLAT FOR <br />RENNER SECOND ADDITION, CASE NO. P 06-07 WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. PARK DEDICATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,432 SHALL BE <br />PAID FOR LOT 1 PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR <br />RECORDING. PARK DEDICATION FOR THE OUTLOTS WILL BE <br />DUE AT THE TIME THEY ARE PLATTED AND AT THE RATE <br />APPLICABLE AT THAT TIME. <br /> <br />2. ACCESS CONTROL RESTRICTING ACCESS ALONG HIGHWAY 10 <br />SHALL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO ANY FURTHER DEVELOPMENT <br />OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1. <br /> <br />3. 156TH STREET SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WHEN EITHER A <br />BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUESTED FOR LOT 1 OR ADDITIONAL <br />PLATTING OF OUTLOT A OR OUTLOT B IS UNDERTAKEN.
