<br />RESOLUTION 06 -_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Conncil of the City of Elk River that the roads herein described should <br />be designated Mnnicipal State Aid Streets nnder the provisions of Minnesota law. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conncil of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />. MSAS 104 193rd Avenue NW from Tyler Street to Twin Lakes Road (CSAH 13) <br />. MSAS 108 Irving Avenue from Railroad Drive/3rd Street to School Street <br />. Extension of MSAS 116 197th Avenue NW from Tyler Street to Twin Lakes Road (CSAH 13) <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as Mnnicipal State Aid Streets of said City <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. That the City derk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for her consideration, and that upon her approval <br />of the designation of said roadways or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and <br />maintained as Mnnicipal State Aid Streets of the City of Elk River to be numbered and known as <br />MSAS 104 (193rd Avenue NW), MSAS 108 (Irving Avenue), and MSAS 116 (197m Avenue NW). <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 1st day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
